Our services include custom software development, 3D modeling, VR education platforms, programming workshops, and corporate training. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. You agree to use the site and services in compliance with applicable laws. You must not engage in prohibited activities including unauthorized access, distribution of malware, or infringement of intellectual property.

All content, software, and materials on this site are owned by Sphinx Script or its licensors. This includes 3D models, VR scenes, source code, training materials, and templates. Ownership of custom deliverables is defined in project contracts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Copying demo content from our site or platforms without authorization is prohibited.

VR platforms and 3D demos are provided for evaluation. Use of VR content requires appropriate hardware. We are not liable for motion sickness or discomfort. Minors must use VR under adult supervision.

Workshop fees, schedules, and materials are as described at enrollment. Certificates are issued upon completion. Refund policy is specified at registration.

Sphinx Script provides the site and services "as is." We disclaim warranties and limit liability to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim liability for third-party VR hardware, software dependencies, or outcomes of training programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo. For international clients, disputes may be subject to arbitration as agreed in project contracts.
